How long should I take my SARMS for?
For optimal results, SARMS cycles should run for 8 to 12 week cycles. The cycle duration varies depending on the SARMS being used. Each product is listed in detail here https://www.hardcoresarmsusa.com/sarms/
Below is a basic breakdown.
Most SARMS, such as RAD140, MK2866, GW501516, SR9009 can all be run in 12 cycles.
Then after your 12 week cycle, you need to take a rest from supplementing for 4 weeks before starting another cycle. In the case of RAD140, 4 weeks PCT is recommended after each cycle.
LGD and S23 cycles should be a maximum of 8 weeks followed by 4 weeks PCT.
MK-677 (Nutrobal), can be taken for 48 weeks strait, followed by a 4 week rest.
What is PCT?
PCT or Post Cycle Therapy is the process of re-balancing the bodies hormones after a supplemented training cycle using products that cause suppression.
If you are taking RAD140, LGD-4033, YK11 or S23 in your training cycle, then you need to take Nolvadex or Clomid post cycle for 4 weeks PCT to kick your bodies natural production of testosterone back into gear and to minimize muscle loss. And that’s it.
Typical Nolvadex 4 week PCT dosing plan
Week 1 – 20mg/day
Week 2 – 20mg/day
Week 3 – 10mg/day
Week 4 – 10mg/day
Please note! Women do not need to run a PCT cycle. They simply take a 4 week break from supplementing.
What time of day should I take my SARMS and do I need to take them every day?
All SARMS should be taken everyday throughout your cycle. Taking SARMS some days and not others will cause hormone levels to raise and dip and this is not good.

Additional advantages of taking MK-2866 or Mk677?
When you train using SARMS such as LGD-4033 (Ligandrol/Anabolicum), RAD140 (Testolone) or S23 you will get an increase in muscular strength. And you will progressively lift heavier and heavier weights. But within a short period of time, your muscular strength will surpass the strength of the connective tissue (tendons). So your muscles will end up with the ability to lift heavier weights than what your tendons can withstand. And you become prone to causing injury to your tendons if you continue to lift such heavy weights.
So if you are embarking on a heavy muscle building program, you need to be taking something that is constantly repairing damage to your tendons and other connective tissue.
Both MK-2866 (Ostarine) and MK-677 (Nutrobal) will help to rebuild your connective tissue as you train, reducing the likelihood of injury.
When taking on a heavy weight training programme, it is highly recommended that either MK-2866 (Ostarine) or MK-677 (Nutrobal) is included in your SARMS stack.
MK-677 (Nutrobal) is the better product to use when on a bulking cycle, as it assists with muscle gains as well as aiding in repairing damaged muscle tissue and its perfect to stack with either RAD-140 and LGD-4033.
However, MK-2866 (Ostarine) is the better product during a ripping cycle as it will reduce muscle loss when on a low calorie diet. MK-2866 stacks very well with RAD140 and Cardarine.
Note! MK-677 is not good when on a ripping cycle as it makes you very hungry and it will slow or even reverse fat loss as it wants to make you grow.
And no matter what you are taking, if you play hard at the gym and you feel pain in your joints, your body is telling you it’s time to back off. The saying “No pain, no gain” refers to muscular pain, not joint pain and a lot of people get this confused. If you are going heavy and you get pain in your knees, your elbows or your shoulders, it’s time to back off and rest that area.
Once you blow a tendon, you won’t be able to train for months!
So don’t be a dummy and learn to listen to what your body is telling you.

A nice and easy to follow, lean muscle building cycle
Nolvadex (finish off your previous bottle of Nolvadex) – 0.5ml per day for the first two weeks, then 0.5 ml per day last two weeks.

Then post cycle of 4 weeks.

I took my SARMS for the first time this morning and I didn't notice any difference today at the gym.
SARMS, unlike anabolic steroids are not an artificial hormone that is added to the body. SARMS activate processes in the body to release more of your own natural hormones.
